Are pre-booked private-hire taxis safe?
Licensed private-hire vehicles operated through a licensed operator are subject to regulatory requirements covering driver licensing, vehicle standards, and operator compliance. Our drivers are TfL-licensed with DBS Enhanced clearance. Every booking confirmation includes driver name, vehicle details, and contact information.
Do I need to tip my taxi driver?
