I Used them for the first time to go from Stansted to Birmingham , and also booked the pick up from Birmingham 10 days later. and I want to get a discount for both journeys(as they offer a small discount if both ways are booked at the same time). When I visited the britannia minicabscompany website I noticed the website is high ranking and I read the good reviews about customers' services then I logged in to a personal account for the britannia minicab glad that I got a 5% discount on my account.
it's a long journey of 2 hours and I wanted to book for a return journey as well and from Stansted to Birmingham transfer and then Birmingham to Stansted transfers To Stansted: the driver was late by about 20/25 minutes, he called me 5 minutes before pick up time to let me know the reason, then Britanniacompany called me to ensure that the driver informed me. Once the driver arrived, he apologised and helped me load our luggage. From Birmingham: I emailed them a couple of days before to confirm the pickup, received a reply 5 minutes later, and then an automated email (I assume) asking me to confirm the pickup time. The driver was waiting for us at the airport, a smooth ride home. Definitely, the best cab company I used. The price is also highly competitive. Their booking system (which I did via webchat) was fast and efficient. 2. I chose your Britannia company 6 months ago to provide me with my journey to work from Stansted to Birmingham .
It has been a great experience riding with Minicabs and I will always remember that. Needless to say, yes there were some issues but your team has always amended things. Customer service overall from your end has been excellent. I love your tracking the vehicle system as this helped me immensely with my bookings especially due to where I work it's not often possible to hold the car for too long. The control room dealt with my enquiries extremely well when I had to call up, I can not commend them enough, and these teams are very helpful and well done!.
